Refund policy
At SwaadDesi, we take great pride in delivering fresh, homemade food products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged, spoiled, or tampered with upon delivery
- You received the wrong product
- The product was not delivered at all
To raise a refund request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product via our Chatbot. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, taste preference, or delayed delivery caused by courier partners.
